Dear Client, in order to provide the best and fair service, here are our cancellation policies for reservations. All payments are subject to a 100% refund in case of the following:

1. Client decides to cancel the tour with 3 days prior notice. This notice must be in writing (email) to the same email address used for reservations.

2. There is a change in the cruise ship schedule and client is not able to be present for departure time. If possible, we will offer you a later departure time.

3. If operator cancels tours for serious weather conditions or in case of water sports activities, if port authorities cancel the port.

PLEASE NOTE: Client's payment is not refundable in case of:

1. No show. Client does not present itself at the agreed departure time

2. Client shows obvious signs of intoxication or drug abuse.

3. Operator cancels client's participation due to alcohol abuse and offensive behavior, consumption of illegal substances, illegal behavior, and similar circumstances. All complaints must be addressed directly to the operator, CWS does not assume any responsibility in this regards.

4. Operator cancels client's participation due to not meeting the tour restrictions as provided by cozumel-watersports.

5. Please note that we are in the business of quality tours reservations in Cozumel and NOT in the business of "no refund" :)
